My Holiday sessions seem to seem to get bigger and bigger every year.  They are also selling out faster and faster!  This year sold out in a record breaking 12 minutes after I released the spots. Fortunately, this year  was a unusually quiet in newborn bookings for November. That made it possible for me to add on another mini session day to let me get those a few that missed out in!  While these sessions really consume a lot of time in planning, shooting and editing (and definitely add some grey hairs to my head!), it is worth it when I get to see little ones and families that come back every year.  There are even a few families that I have seen every year that I have offered these sessions in my studio (since 2014)!  This is the only time of year that I work with kids of all ages by inviting past clients and those in my VIP group to the studio. It’s definitely a change of pace and I loved seeing all the little ones dressed in PJs and ready for Santa!

I always love when I get an email from a past client that tells me that they are adding on to their family.  I have been working with the W family ever since biggest sister Millie was just about 1 year old.  I have enjoyed them for Holiday Mini sessions, and when middle sister Madeline was born, and also her baby milestone sessions!  This time I was excited to learn that they were adding a baby boy to the family!  Lucas wasn’t a huge fan of posing on the beanbag (a trend it seems!), but he was perfectly content all wrapped up and snug.  Just like his sisters, he is as sweet as can be.  He has the most beautiful baby lips and delicious chubby cheeks.
